No, as attachements would be filtered out here at the list.
But it's not necessary ATM. We should not become headless. As said, we
have rules for electing project leads ( see
http://www.openoffice.org/dev_docs/guidelines.html beneath "Project
leads"). And we still have two leads (who should have the chance to
comment on this thread .. btw. .. I didn't know, both are on vacation
and it was not my intention to "misuse" that.)
Meanwhile .. Joost's suggestion seems to be the most reasonable. Let's
put together what should be done. And .. well .. the bazar model doesn't
work that bad (but I still think, we could do it better).
