I cannot confirm your issue within the current build. It seems to be
fixed by an integration of newer translation strings. In a build from
the current source tree I've seen 'Sola lettura' and "Versione" within
the file open dialog. Do you want to confirm just your self written
issues or do you want to confirm issues in general (means helping the QA
project by confirming issues)? In the first case I do not see a reason
to provide 'canconfirm' privileges otherwise please confirm if you want
to help actively within the QA project.
