Hmm, I think I don't see the problem - there are no error messages in my m116 and m120 ...? Continue argueing that it's a DEFECT. You probably want to change the type back to DEFECT, and assign the issue back to QA, to ensure that it gets attention :) In general, if there are really multiple modal message boxes after loading a document, this is IMNSHO a serious usability issue, and the design is simply broken then. I suppose everybody from our User Experience team would agree that such a behaviour is ... unfortunate, at least.
