Thanks for your reply,I still need to know what I have to send also (source code,exe..) and how will my work be evaluated and tested , I need to know earlier so I prepare my work for requirements

Although I'm no developper I can already point you to the relevant
licences. OpenOffice.org is released under a dual license LGPL /SISSL
In order to submit code, you need to sign and send (you can fax it too)
the "JCA". This is the Joint Copyright Assignement form, as explained
here: http://www.openoffice.org/contributing/programming.html#jca
