looks like an import/conversion problem to the new OpenDocument format to me. Off the top of my hat, I have no feasible workaround (besides manually correcting the slideshow), so you might try to argue that this is data loss (within the issue, please).
I can now reproduce it with a new presentation (see my comment on #53715) and know, how to get rid of the "doubled" animations. It's not very comfortable, but a least it works. Nevertheless in my opinion it would be important to fix this issue as soon as possible.
