[qa-dev] Go for 1.1.5 de Windows and Linux

Hi,

germanophone team has finished (reduced) testing for 1.1.5 rc4 and we 
are giving a GO for Windows and Linux.

Unfortunately I cannot update the status page at the moment, as I have 
troubles with my internet connection (hope this mail goes out). I hope I 
can do this later today.
