You may file an issue. Component qa, Subcomponent www, Issue type should
be enhancement. Use "test case <caseid>:" and a short description, waht
should be changed as subject.
You can put the link to the test case description in the URL field.
Describe, what should be changed in the comment. And .. if you like,
attach a html file with the new test description.
Assign the the issue to me (andreschnabel) or put me to cc, so I'd be
aware of the issues.
