One thing that would help is to go through all the bugs related to this and

Also look for issues that mention "a11y" instead of "Accessibility".
[And other variants.]

a11y pulls up three or six issues.
Are there other variants that pull up more?

Yikes. 400 odd issues are listed .

400? I only see 100 or so. What query did you use?

I read through a few more of the issues.
I also set the "accessibility" keyword on quite a few that lacked it.
(A few were iffy; I wouldn't be surprised if one or two of those got removed
again.)
I'd have gone further, but issuezilla fell over.

On the bright side, I noticed that 30 or so of the accessibility issues
are already targeted for 2.0.2, and one of them actually says
"we will address a11y in 2.0.2". Let's see if we can get Sun
to add all the JAWS-related issues to the set targeted for 2.0.2.
