No, IZ doesn't know about this. And that is the problem. I see absolutely no chance to enhance IZ at all. Just have a look at the nuisances with IZ that have not been fixed (and never will). You cannot reassigned resolved issues, you don't get tooltips for the issue-links,... And you expect to add an interface that queries an external database first?
