However two comments, I had gone through the first steps in submitting
an issue but...
1. Try as I might, I still cannot turn issue 61955 up through Searching
for 'quickstart' or 'quickstarter', which was my initial action.
2. I had initially looked in By Project... Quality Assurance (QA) and
had not found 680m156 or OOo-dev 2 or OOo 2.0.2 listed in Found in
Version. As the problem was in the start-up routine I hadn't figured All
to be appropriate.

Bill here. I'm not much use in programming but a
keen supporter of opensource with time to offer but
not much else! I've been playing with OOo for a year
now. I'm not sure that this is the place to file a
bug. I cannot find where in IssueZilla to submit an
issue pertaining to OOo 2.0.2 RC1, or OOo-dev 2.0
If you want to file a bug (issue) you must first Log
in and then from your My Pages start page navigate
through File Issue on the left side

to
http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/submission_gateway.html.
There you can select an application to file an issue
against or choose All if it affects all apps as in
your case. On the following page you then have the
chance to select the version the problem appears in
under "Found in version".
