These aren't even accessible from within EIS (at least I did not find a link from within EIS).

Unfortunatly the answer here is yes it would be hard. The technical difficulty here is that Issuezilla and EIS are two despart systems the first hosted by collab.net and the second hosted by Sun. The EIS Application has now access to the issuezilla Database. It might be possible to use issuezillas XML interface to request this type of information but doing this for all the issues in the page would result in a very bad performance of the page.
(since when loading the list in IZ, the order is destroyed which makes it harder to look for "the interesting ones"/issues from a certain cws) Or maybe a link like "show issues of this CWS" - like there is when visiting the individual CWS-Pages?
This might be possible. If you think this would be useful you can write an issue for this with target "DevTools" and set me as the owner of the issue.
What´s currently already possible tough is to click on each issuezilla task in the table individually or to use the Link on the CWS name than login into EIS and find the list of tasks for this CWS plus a link to issuezilla for all issues of that CWS there.
