May I ask where abouts you do this? I had a quick look over the
openoffice.org qa pages, yet I could only find a means to list issues,
not submit them (hence why I posted here instead).
You must first login. Then you will come to Issue Tracker over "My start
page" or you can use the entry "Issue Tracker" on the left side of
qa.openoffice.org.
