What the cws is about: * It adds a desktop-integration package for slackware this is mainly a build-time thing and has no impact at all on OpenOffice.org itself In order to test the package itself, you should ideally have access to a slackware based system * It adds support for seamonkey (the successor of the mozilla-suite) as email-client This basically only means that the script in <ooodir>/program/senddoc has now an additional check for the command-name "seamonkey" in the block that checks for mozilla (and derivates) Link to the CWS in EIS: http://eis.services.openoffice.org/EIS2/cws.ShowCWS?Id=3454 Issue-List: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/buglist.cgi?issue_id=59183+64151
I can install Slackware 10.0 in QEMU and I already use Seamonkey for the day by day use, so I'm candidating myself to this CWS.
