Hello Dan,
just start the application with the '-nocrashreport' argument:
soffice.exe -nocrashreport
Using the '-norestore' argument the autorecovery will be skipped and the
application doesn't start automatically.
To get information about more startup arguments just start the
application with the '-help' argument...
