I asked this once before but did not get an answer:

Who is responsible for adding a version to the Issue Tracker and what is the current policy to add milestones?

We have two open Issues for this (60941, 57706) that did not see any activity for months.

What I wonder is, why new versions are not added to all Issue Tracker components. This would seem the most easy way to me (given you have the correct privileges). So my guess is, that the proces is somehow automated. If yes, who could add at least documentation and l10n to this process?
