All those work fine for me (english and german localized RC1 on WinXP).
All these options might be missing, if you did not a clean installation
and had some user configured keyboard shortcuts or menu settings.

I did a repair ... no success.
I installed RC3 ... no succes.
I installed RC3 on an older 98-box (on top of 2.0.2), and there the
items are...
So definitely the Xp-machine is not OK. Probably due to a lot of beta's/
langpacks and so on last year ;-)
And I'm not going to fixt that. Better save my time to finish the
step-over to another OS.
