Ok, done. Yes, in the old TCM the results could be updated even after the
Complete Date. In the new TCM the Complete Date has two roles:
1. you can update the results until the Complete Date but not after
2. you can create Test Report after the Complete Date but not before
I understand that this behaviour is not ideal for community projects where
deadlines are not so strict... A workaround is to set the Complete Date to a
later date and once the testing is done, set it back to an earlier value. But we
can talk with Karl to see if this could be changed...
This leads to the idea, that every localization team should be able to
have individual dates. But we could talk about this later.
Probably another item to the TCM wishlist :)
