Super powers?  (I know what this is about.)  I think that a special category 
should
be created for those who need higher than Manager level access.

There still needs to be a separation of the two platforms.  Think of this like
the x86 and x86-64 for Intel Linux builds.  A problem can and will arise
that will affect one platform but not the other.

I agree with the use of IZ.  Maybe we need to increase the capabilities of IZ
to include the two platforms (and possibly a third if the issue affects both
platforms or we get to a useable Universal Binary build.)
