If I have to file a new issue, it will be same as 49414.
Your screenshots are a little different from the first dicription.
But basically IMO it's the same problem.
I tried to make the issue more clear, but it might cause some
misunderstanding. I reopened the bug with another screenshots showing
the reported case exactly.
Let's see how it proceeds.
