Have you heard anything from the team? Is there already a place where
general TCM problems are tracked?

As far as I know, TCM problems are not tracked anywhere, so having one
place for tracking all TCM problems (even for OpenSolaris) is great.

I think a default owner should be a prerequisite for a sub component.
KArl agreed to become default owner.
- would we need different subcomponents for technical issues (like
"cannot download testcases") and issues regarding administrative
tasks (like "need a new Platform")?
Please keep in mind that the full list of subcomponents is added to
the query form. With more and more subcomponents it becomes more and
more complex.
I know. Most comments told, that one sumcomponentfor TCM would be enough.
