Well, if you changed an issue (by commenting/confirming/other) AND added yourself in CC, you should receive an e-mail. If, instead, you changed an issue BY adding yourself in CC, I don't see any reason why you, and all the other people in CC, should receive an e-mail. It used not to work like this, it started working like this after the recent CEE update a few weeks ago and, unfortunately, it still works like this: e-mails are sent to all people in CC any time you just add yourself in CC (I just verified it). I consider this to be the worst bug in the new CEE. I add myself in the CC list of a lot of issues, just because I want to know when they are fixed. I won't fix them, and it's absolutely useless that CEE sends dozens of e-mails to other people if I didn't specify a comment. I hope this behavior is fixed: I usually encourage people to put themselves in CC to stay informed about an issue, but I understand that, with the current default, developers will be flooded will useless e-mails and their work will be harder.
