You should set keyword needmoreinfo and ask for more information. If no info is provided (for about two weeks), close the issue as invalid.

If you think, you have enough information to reproduce the steps that would cause the Issue but cannot reproduce the problem, close as worksforme.

But make shure, you are testing with the correct environment (e.g. platform / os)
