you remember correctly, it is Issue 56510 (I am involven there, too).
Issue 67858 "report" of 'sc6362' was a copy / paste of jrahemipour's
summary for Issue 56510.
BTW: I am pretty sure that 'sc6362' and 'bc092' are sockpuppets of
each other, pls. compare their contributions in
