Hi,
this issue has already been fixed within the latest developer snapshot
build src680m180 (and will be fixed in 2.0.4 as well). It was fixed
within CWS presfixes10 which has been integrated into build m179.
It appears when you see the presentation, it must be appear a text behind
"1", "2".... in this order, but sometimes (not allways) it jumps from 1 to
3, 5 to 7 or things like those.
I've removed all the images and unnecesary things in order to make the file
as thin as possible.
That was a perfect example document but please don't attach such files
to an email. Attach them to an issue instead (the next time...).
