There is a program or feature that allows you to swap the Cntrl and Apple (cmd)
keys somewhere. Since I work with many operating systems, using either key
works for me, but if you are Mac only, using the cntrl key instead of the cmd
key
can be very frustrating. Changing the file picker is a challange. It appears
that the
entire product was coded from the 'ground up' to use that style. It will
require
recoding to use the Aqua file picker dialog and that is not an easy thing to do.

Definately.

I don't know what the automated testing for Base does, but I don't think
it tests for localization errors. I do know that the Base automated tests
detected the Forms wizard failure as OpenOffice.org.app failed and would
not restart.

No. This is where you run the application through its entire abilities as
best as possible. Automated tests will take care of about 98% of
this, but not all.

Yes. With IRC, folks who do not have these programs can join and it
is older than both. I use a program called Conversation as it is easy to use.
I just have to figure out how to turn on the 'record' feature so that it will
save the chat session to disk so that I can forward the session to a web site
if I wish.
