Yes, please follow the instructions in the TCM.  If you encounter a problem, 
then please visit the issues.  You might have found a problem that was found in 
another language or platform.

It is not necessary to visit the IZ list to do the tests.  However, an IZ may 
describe a work-around for a problem that you may want to investigate or run.
