Hi,

Can you please describe your problem more precisely ? What is your OS, it''s version ....etc

If I read correctly the mail Jim forwarded to [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list, maybe you should try :

soffice.bin -norecover

If it works, your preferences are corrupted.

And if you did Apple X11 update, please verify you are using X11 1.1.3, and *not* 1.1.2

Regards,
Eric Bachard

Some days ago I sent a mail about a crash to [email protected]; no answer. Can you give some help?

In between, I tried to set

setenv OOO_DISABLE_RECOVERY on

and the result is that ooo opens and closes more quickly, but it continues not to work.

TIA

My ooo tries to recover an unexisting document in an empty recovery window in an endless loop. It is impossible to close these window with ESC or command-dot (its a Mac) or the red x button.

Please, help me!
