Use TCM! And Use TCM at a very early stage! File Issues and link them to TCM! Each Language Manager can access the results of other languages. So it is easy to browse failed Test Cases of other languages and check those again in your language. Once an Issue is filed, it is very easy to see, what the problem is. If an Issue has been linked to a test case, other testers will see this information and can have look at the issue, if this affects the own language as well.

I am only gradually getting to understand TCM, but from what I know of it, I think it's an excellent tool.

It gives us what I've been needing all along, an overview. You can see everything happening for your language, or for all languages, or you can compare them. You can assign testers and tests. You can donwnload information, results and sample files. You can directly access bugs relevant to specific tests.

I really like the connection between projects, so for each test case, you can see the bugs reported by other projects.

When I finally get this release out, I would really like to translate the TCM, and encourage my team to use it.

(I will also offer to proofread the English interface, if you like. The typos damage the overall professional impression of this tool.)

I would like to be able to add sample files for my language, too.

BTW, the wiki page about TCM is a big help. I worked my way through it, then kept referring back to parts of it. It's a useful document. :)
