Anyway, it could make sense to simply use or customize a CAT package
that checks for duplicate mnemonics (Open Language Tools doesn't do
that right now, but Catalyst or MS Language Studio do, and it's pretty
easy to take care of). That would be a long-term solution for all
languages, I guess. Another way of doing this automatically is to use
a script on the f_lvl1_menuentries.bas output.
I'm not really familiar with these language tools but the idea sounds
interesting for all languages. What about a wiki page as a summary of
ideas and suggestions, so that anyone could contribute?
