That is strange, as on my buildbot, the only way that I have logged
into the buildbot account is through <ssh> or <su ooobuild>. I have
never got that error message. Generally I'm logged in as another
user during the build process. Going by the bit of the error
message " Window Server communications from outside of session
allowed for root and console user only" this should not be an issue.
I will try a build with no users logged in tonight to test this.

It seems that it doesn't matter who is loggged in, as long as there
is some Console user, it does not even need to be the one that is the
same as build user. Maybe we should invest in some fast user
switching as a temporary workaround?
