It is very valuable. When filing an issue found while doing TCM tests, the user would be able to just link back, instead of pasting the steps in Issue Tracker. It's also handy in cases you want another tester (not a QA member or TCM user) to verify some issue you've found (in cases your OS's setup or hardware may to influence).
