To get an OpenOffice.org account just visit

then sign up to the QA project
http://qa.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectMembershipRequest
The OpenOffice.org user name (ID) is necessary to proceed with further 
changes to access roles (eg. canconfirm privilege) within IssueTracker.
