As we discussed during the QA IRC meeting, QATrack tool is a mandatory
step in the QA process and it's great to see it hosted at OpenOffice.org.

The old pages at qatrack.org will redirect to the new site for a few
months, but the old RSS feed will be discontinued. Links in the Wiki and
other documentation will gradually be updated.
