If it is read, then you need to have a look. Don't blindly reflag it. 

Check the log. If QA cannot tell whether the error is a false positive
or a real one, QA should ask the devs of the cws to clarify.

Tinderbox builds the master-workspaces as well. If a build-breaker is
discovered in a master-ws, an issue is filed. The patch of that issue is
then applied to the source when a cws based on that milestone is build.

It seems to me that people always talk about things before even having a
look, before even trying to find out :-/

The status indicator on the tinderbox overview pages list the applied
patches.
