Well, to confirm issues, you should use the vanilla version (from OOo
mirrors), that excludes any issues that arise due to distributions using
system components instead of shipping stuff with OOo.

As you assumed yourself: ftp.linux.cz builds should be more or less the
same as the vanilla ones, at least the build process is not modified and
the packaging is the same as the vanilla one.

If you have multiple versions installed anyway, then just use the
vanilla one :-)

Exactly. Anything that happens with the distribution build, but not with
a vanilla build would be for the distributor's bugtracker as well.

The splash screen image just wasn't updated yet (I guess).

Issue isn't necessary at this point, since 2.3 still is a bit in the
feature, but when 2.3 branches, and it still doesn't have an updated
splashscreen (I assume there will not only be a versionnumber change,
but a new image anyway), then an issue won't hurt.
