Hi all,
some time ago a new project called OpenTCM has been announced here on
the list.
Last weekend we discussed it a bit at the QA Weekend in Germany mainly
with Andre and we agreed that we need more information about the
specifications in order to provide feedback to the development team.
A document containing the initial draft of the specifications has been
recently uploaded to the project page

I'm going to ask the development team to join this mailing list to
provide us with more information and to answer possible questions directly.
