instead of:
http://qa.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectMailingListList

Grouping the links in categories and increasing the levels needed to
arrive to the page could be an improvement in usability, instead of to
take a long time until to guess what link you want...
"Enter", "query" and "track" issues could be inside an page pointed by
an "Issue handling" (under project tools).
The "Issue handling" inside QA links is mainly for starters, so it could
be removed from the left box and to be promoted to the main page (and
got a better naming).
