I've added initial Afrikaans support to the qa testtool:

Do I need to supply anything else for this to be committed to CVS?
An interesting thing about the documentation in OOo_testtool.pdf
(version 1.18) that I found when looking for the codes I needed in order
to localize the testtool:
The Tel.-code for Afrikaans is listed as "31b" and no Num.-code is
supplied (page 50).
The value "31b" is wrong, it should be 27.
I ended up rather using the info in
http://l10n.openoffice.org/languages.html (which uses 27 as code).
I also used the MS Locale ID on that page for the 4-digit code that is
used in one of the convert functions in the testtool.
I hope my assumptions are correct.
