What should we do if we want to do Japanese TCM l10n testing for 2.3?
Please request another milstone target which is reasonable for
TCM l10n testing for your language, if you want to organize Japanese
l10n testing with specific milstone. But I believe there is no new l10n
contents was added recently regarding Japanese...
