I will clarify the state of this document. The latter is the original :). There's a default page explaining the issues priorities in IZ (more precise: in CEE, collab.net's offering which includes IZ), but this page can be customized - which is what we did 2 or 3 years ago. The first document is a copy, which I wasn't even aware of 'til you pointed to it. I'd vote for removing it: Duplication is Bad (TM), not only in code, but in (nearly) all kind of documents.
