What I think is do not hide their problems inside. Some communities have difficulties but others may overcome and vice versa. Or - sharing common problems like `we need good QA volunteers' :) We Japanese understand even DE and FR communities who have been done fastest QA, there are some problmes like us; finding good QA testers, mangers. But this is not the end. We can delegate works or exchange our experiences! Unfortunately, I cannot attend OOoCon2007. I'll be at Sendai, Japan for other conference. Next, I'll be at Beijing to attend another conference. Also, 19:00 might be 4:00 at Japan... I'm not good at listening and reading English, so I prefer IRC for discussions :) but even attending by IRC is impossible. Hope you and Rafaella will have good attendances and have good discussions.
