There is an going issue relative to it here in Brazil. The Federal Justice of Rio de Janeiro have 3 thousands computers running OpenOffice.org and they're considering buying 3 thousands MS Office licenses due to being able to use a centralized email solution, using IMAP (Exchange x lightning or TB integration to OOo), and due to OpenOffice.org being unable to handle paragraphs of more than 64k characters length.
