C/C++/Java/OOoBasic, and like testing new API.

I have been testing Developer Snapshot for a while, and also testing
new API as soon as it is released.
I also started recently to QA the Spanish localized version of OOo.
Privileges to change the status will give me the chance to do
something for issues I reported like
