Regarding those, and the FTP mirros Regina mentioned (thanks to both of you for the pointers to use for my immediate problem), let me re-phrase my question: There has been a time where a user could browse too <somewhere>.openoffice.org, and get a link to the latest SRC-based developer snapshots.
as long as we prepare version 2.3.1 I don't upload SRC680 builds. On the one hand I need the disk space on the mirrors to distribute the RC builds (you could try to convince all 80 mirror admins to support my request for more disk space - in the moment 15% of them voted positively) and on the other hand the page http://development.openoffice.org/680 that is linked all over the website project is currently used for release candidates. After releasing 2.3.1 I will upload SRC680 builds again.
