Am I right? 2. If this feature DOES NOT exist in software reqirement specification. That is NOT a defect. Am I right? 3. Presume, this feature DOES NOT exist in software reqirement specification. What kind of issue is it? a feature? or a enhancement? I think, it may be a enhancement. Because I feel maybe Format conversion is a feature. and the issue is an enhancement of this feature.
