Indeed it seems to me that Online Help is not clear whether hidden slide must
be ignored or not when navigating in slideshow.
For example End (Home) key jumps to the last (first) slide even if this slide
is hidden. On the other side, PageUp and PageDown ignore hidden slides in
slideshow.
