Means you should *not* use your old QATrack password, but rather the password for the OOo website.
It looks like this change happened while I was away. Thanks for the reminder. Using my OpenOffice.org website login, I can now login to QATrack. I've added the info about login change to the QATrack wiki page. I hope that's OK.
