Thank you veru much for pointing out the error.
I updated 109291 as follows.
Old:
1. Open file and enter some native language characters.
2. Choose File --> Export and choose format as pdf or Choose File --> Export as
PDF.
3. Specify the filename with native language character.
4. Click on Export.
5. Specify the options and click on Export
==>
New:
1. Open file and enter some native language characters.
2. Choose File --> Export and choose format as pdf.
3. Specify the filename with native language character.
4. Click on Export.
5. Choose File --> Export as PDF.
6. Specify the options and click on Export.
Also, I added this change to this bugreport:

I think test 109291 should be updated (right step order : 1, 2, 5, 3, 4)
accordingly to change in order of filepicker and options dialog in pdf
export.
