I saw the same message on Windows Vista also after deleting the version
2.4.0 There are only 3.0 Beta and DEV300_m14 on it.
Odd, I had just the opposite happen. I have 3.0 dev installed and had
2.4 - went to install 2.4.1 in parallel and just fat fingered it..it
installed over top of 2.4.0 wihtout so much as a sneeze.(using XP BTW)
