[qa-dev] [Automation] How to submit results for unknown CWS to Quaste

Hi,

I'd like to submit my testool results for localisation29 to QUASTe, but
I get an error on upload:

6. Check for a valid minor-workspace (localisation29) and remember the index......failed

the wiki only says

      Workspace not known to QUASTe. Please run 'cws_create' in QUASTe

but how can I do this?
